发动机试验技师
岗位要求：
Responsibility/职责
* To build and tear down engines and components.
组装、拆装发动机及其部件
* To rig and prepare test objects, and run tests.
对样品进行安装及试验准备
* To conduct basic engineering measurements.
对负责基本的工程测量
* Operate test system to run test cycle
操作试验系统进行试验
* Respond to the service, component change, adjustment of engine and troubleshooting during
* the test period
负责试验过程中的部件更换, 发动机调整, 故障排除及相关服务
* Take part in the maintenance and calibration of test system
* 参与试验系统维护及标定
* Respond to the reserve of object
负责试验对象的保管
* Ensure the validation of “REAL TIME” test data

Qualifications /任职资格:
* Technical school education or above, majoring in vehicle, marine ship, or mechanical field
车辆、轮机或机械等相关专业中专或以上学历。
* At 2 years experience in internal combustion engine assembly, repairs or testing.
至少两年或以上内燃机生产、组装、维修或测试经验。
* Familiarize the concept and structure of combustion engine
熟悉内燃机原理及结构.
* Knowledge of and experience with engine test system and special meter.
具有发动机试验系统及特殊仪器的相关知识及经验.
* Familiarize the engine test standard

岗位要求：
To manage/maintain all instruments and portable devices
- 管理和维护所有的仪器和便携式设备
- To do all instruments calibration, as well as master gage
- 按时标定所有的仪器
- To support test facility maintenance and troubleshooting

- To support the test facility capability improvement

POSITION PURPOSE :
- To keep all instruments work well, including function and accuracy

- To make sure all instruments to be calibrated on time, as well as master gage

- To support test facility daily running

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all instruments and portable devices, make sure all instruments and portable devices work under good condition and control
- 管理所有的仪器和便携式设备，确保所有的仪器和便携式设备工作状态良好
- Perform all instruments/portable devices calibration on time, as well as master gage
- 按时执行所有仪器和便携式设备的标定，包括相应的参考仪器
- Perform all instruments/portable devices daily troubleshooting/maintenance, as well as preventative maintenance.
- 负责所有仪器和便携式设备的日常维修，故障排查，以及预防性维护
- Summarize the current failure reason of instruments/portable devices and find out improvement chance if applicable
- 总结当前仪器和便携式设备的失效原因，识别改进空间并实施
- Facilitate test technicians to understand the work principle of each instruments/portable devices and use the equipment in proper manner
- 引导试验技师理解各个仪器/便携式设备的工作原理并正确使用
- Support daily troubleshooting and maintenance work on test cell and instrumentation equipments
- 支持试验台架日常的维修与故障排查
- Support test facility team to introduce the new equipment, as well as test cell
- 支持新试验设备以及试验台架的导入
- Be on duty in night shift and weekend shift as rota
- 根据公司的业务情况轮流晚班值班和周末加班
QUALIFICATION:
Education
- Engineering diploma or above from a well-known university or tech college, majoring in instrument, automation or related discipline.
- 大专以上学历 ,仪器仪表或自动化相关专业
Working experience
- Background in test / instrumentation environment
- At least 3 years relevant work experience (instrument/automation industry technical experience in JV or MNCs is preferred).
- 至少3年以上的仪器仪表/汽车工业相关的工作经历
Cultural/Language
- Moderate level on written and oral English
- 基本的英文读写和听说能力
